Social Xchange LLC (“Social Xchange,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, the time and source of your signup, the consent language version, and technical request information needed to prevent abuse and operate the service. If you later create an account or use Social Xchange, we may provide additional privacy notices for those services.
How we use it
We use waitlist information to send launch news, product updates, invitations, and other Social Xchange marketing communications; to maintain evidence of your consent; and to protect and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.
Email provider
We use Resend to store our marketing contact list and deliver emails. Resend processes your email address, subscription status, marketing-consent characteristic, and delivery information on our behalf. Its processing locations and contractual safeguards are reviewed as part of our provider-governance process.
Your consent and choices
Joining the waitlist is optional. We add you only after you check the marketing-consent box. You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before it.
Retention
We keep active waitlist contact information while you remain subscribed. After you withdraw consent or the waitlist closes, we remove the contact from Resend within 30 days. We then retain only the minimum consent or suppression evidence required by an approved legal, regulatory, dispute, or security obligation.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Security and changes
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure. We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change and will post the revised effective date here.
